Biography :
Rita is a professional realtor that uses her knowledge to help clients find the perfect home. Originally from Greenville, South Carolina and also lived in Michigan she knows what it’s like to relocate. Her experience with selling in different markets and also having her residential builders license brings valuable insight to purchasing a home. Rita has been involved in new construction, total home renovation and home remodeling. She also has managed rentals for over 25 years. Being a transplant to Lexington her role as realtor is more a liaison to the community. As a wife and mom to 5 kids she also volunteers at school, various community projects and is an avid supporter of the arts. My goal is finding the “perfect” property for each client with 100% customer care.
